Zenith Towers Condominium
South Luanda, Angola 2013
The project for the outer spaces of the condominium aims to create a cord of modelled terrain that extends throughout the boundary walls and branches to the platforms that serve the buildings.
These volumes that connect different spaces allow, in the case of the roof top areas, the plantation of trees, thus ensuring the privacy between lots at the same time as they bring dynamism and interest to the different living areas, green and paved, allowing the establishment of high comfort conditions to the various lots.
A perimetral walkway, in a controlled relation with the platforms, allows the fruition of a pedestrian path for the practise of exercise, taking advantage of the set of ups and downs, opened and closed spaces created by the association between the cord of modelled terrain and the proposed vegetation.
